CEM provides Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 120 properties across London and beyond.These properties are a range of residential apartment blocks with communal HVAC plant, commercial office space, mixed development buildings, schools, colleges and nursing homes across London and further afield. Added to which there are mixed properties, such as the headquarters of the Royal Horticultural Society above (offices, event hall and library). Over the last few years, CEM has expanded into high-value installations in partnership with major corporations such as, Engie, Mace and E.on. This entails working on flagship developments across London. For example, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Elephant Park and Nova Retail (Victoria).

I am an experienced management accountant who has held varying positions from group to site level finance. I have a range of developed skills in financial accounting, working capital management and management accounting. My career experience has allowed me to develop valuable skills including working alongside other functions of the business. This has aided me in developing skills in explaining finance to non-finance employees. These skills coupled with my CIMA and degree education provide me with a sound footing in the Finance arena, supporting finance functions as well as other areas of the business.
