“It has been truly rewarding day at the Jedox 2025 London Roadshow with some excellent presentations by Jedox.
The usual demonstrations, vision, strategy, and roadmap were all impressive. However, one aspect that stood out today was the emphasis on change management. There were three distinct customer presentations, and while I expected them to focus on the brilliance of AI and dashboards, the core message was about the importance of people. You can have the most advanced system, but until it is fully integrated into your organisation, with necessary process changes and user adoption, it doesn’t become a true solution.
For all three customers, this was the most challenging part of their journey. It served as a significant reminder for me, having been in this field for a long time, that it’s never just about the systems; it’s always about the people and managing change. This realisation was reinforced today, highlighting that despite all the exciting features we discuss, the focus must remain on the people. This was the key takeaway for me”.
